2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on darts-shop.eu by customers located in EU countries other than Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
These countries have their own dedicated legal pages.

The contract is concluded in English.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed online 24/7.
Product listings are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.
A purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by e‑mail.
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT according to EU VAT rules (OSS).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
The customer must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
The contract is stored electronically and is not publicly accessible.

4. VAT & Tax Rules (EU OSS)

For B2C customers, VAT is charged according to the customer's country of delivery under the EU OSS scheme.
For B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number, the order may be processed as an intra‑EU supply (0% VAT) after successful VIES validation.
Goods may be shipped from the Czech Republic or Slovakia depending on logistics.

6. Delivery

Goods are shipped to all EU countries except CZ, SK, PL.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown during checkout.
Carriers include DPD, GLS, DHL, or local partners.
The customer must ensure correct delivery information.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, the customer bears the cost of re‑delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are physically received by the customer or a person authorised by them.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

7.1. Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.

7.4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
Refund includes the product price and the cost of the cheapest available shipping method.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

7.5. Customer's Obligations

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7.6. Exceptions
Withdrawal is not possible for:

custom‑made or personalised products (engraved darts, customised apparel)

8. Complaints & Product Conformity

8.1. Legal Guarantee
The Seller is responsible for product conformity for 2 years from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

8.3. Resolution Time
Complaints will be resolved without undue delay and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the applicable consumer protection laws of the customer's country.

9. Digital Content & Interoperability
The Seller does not provide digital content or digital services within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Products sold do not contain digital elements requiring compatibility or interoperability information.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

13. Final Provisions (Rome I)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Consumers benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
The Seller may update these Terms; the version published on the website applies to new orders.
